32nd Annual Juried Show of Fine Arts. The VAM call for entry is one of the region’s most anticipated events, bringing in hundreds of submissions from working artists across Ontario. It is an annual opportunity to survey a variety of practices by artists who range from graduating students to senior members of the visual arts community. The exhibition serves to foster a sense of connection between the artists, Visual Arts Mississauga and the Art Gallery of Mississauga. In addition, honours are awarded to selected works in the exhibition. Jurors for this competition are Chris Finn, Doug Purdon and Andrew Sookrah. The opening reception will be held on Thursday, January 14 at 6pm.
